How to Apply for VCC Courses

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Students may enroll in a maximum of three courses per semester.
• Admission is subject to seat availability.
• Course schedules, instructors, and venues may be subject to change.
• Students are expected to comply with VCC rules and regulations.
• If an applicant is unable to appear for registration in person, a representative may submit the required documents and one application form on their behalf. Exceptions may be made for multiple applications submitted by an immediate family member, legal guardian, or teacher, at the sole discretion of the Embassy. In such cases, prior consultation with the Embassy is required.
• Queuing outside the Embassy of India before the registration counter opens is permitted only from 9:00 AM each day. Any queue formed before this time will be considered invalid, and priority will be given to applicants arriving from 9:00 AM onwards.

• Registration will close once all seats are filled.

• Submission of the Google Form does not guarantee admission. In-person registration at the Embassy is mandatory.

Registration Process

2. Preliminary Application

1. Complete the online application form via Google Form.

2. Upload a recent ID photograph.

3. Print the completed application form.

4. Print the Terms and Conditions and sign it.

Registration Day (In-Person Registration)

5. Visit the Embassy of India, Tokyo on the designated registration date for your chosen course, bringing all required documents.

6. Submit the signed application form and all required documents.

7. Receive your VCC Student ID Card.

8. Registration Complete.

Documents Required for Registration

Please bring the following documents when completing your registration:

• Completed Application Form (printed copy of the submitted Google Form)
• Signed Course Terms and Conditions
• One ID photo (driver's license size) for the student ID card
• Receipt for the previous semester's tuition fee (continuing students only)

Note: Continuing students are required to submit a copy of their previous semester's tuition fee receipt.

The application portal will open on Wednesday, 24 June 2026.
