Expression of Interest for Ground Handling Services to the Indian Airforce Aircraft at both Hiroshima and Kansai Airports

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1. A special Indian Air Force B777-300ER aircraft is likely to arrive and operate from Hiroshima for upcoming 'G-7 Summit ' on 20- 21 May 23.

2. The agencies that can provide Ground Handling Services to the Indian Airforce Aircraft at both Hiroshima and Kansai Airports may please communicate the acceptance to the following address :-

3. The following services for the aircraft are to be provided during the period :-

         (a)     Clearance of Customs, Immigration and Qurantine for the crew at Hiroshima and Kansai

         (b)     Flight Catering requirements.

         (c)     Ground Handling services of the aircraft including (but not limited to) Follow me vehicle,
         Apron, Parking, Towing, Push back, Airconditioning, Fueling etc.

         (d)      Any other emergency services on required basis.
