Expression of Interest for Ground Handling Services to the Govt Aircraft at JMSDF / US Airbase
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1. An Indian Govt. aircraft is likely to arrive in Japan in early April.

2. The agencies that can provide Ground Handling Services to the Indian Govt. Aircraft at military Airbase may please communicate the acceptance to the following address :-

3. The following services for the aircraft are to be provided during the period :-

(a) Clearance of Customs, Immigration and Qurantine for the crew at Military Airbase.

(b) Flight Catering requirements.

(c) Ground Handling services of the aircraft including (but not limited to) Follow me vehicle, Apron, Parking, Towing, Push back, Airconditioning, Fueling etc.

(d) Any other emergency services on required basis.
