Visit of a delegation led by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana Shri M.L. Khattar to Japan (18-21 January 2016)

A 16-member delegation led by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana, Shri Manohar Lal Khattar, visited Tokyo and Osaka (January 18-21). The purpose of the visit was to attract Japanese investment into the State of Haryana and garner maximum possible participation of Japanese companies in the proposed “Happening Haryana Global Summit” to be held on 7th and 8th March, 2016. During the visit, the Haryana State Industrial Investment Development Corporation (HSIIDC) organized an investment promotion seminar at the Embassy’s VCC Auditorium on January 19, 2016.

The Chief Minister had meetings with JICA, JBIC, JETRO, Marubeni Corporation, NIDEC, Mizuho Bank etc. The HSIIDC signed an MoU with Mizuho Bank to promote industrial and infrastructural development in Haryana.
