Embassy of India, Tokyo conducts events in the Embassy auditorium on a regular basis, for which simultaneous interpretation is required. 
 
2. In this regard, the Embassy invites Expressions of Interest along with price quotations from the simultaneous interpretation companies in Japan to provide the simultaneous interpretation services, along with equipments for these events, in the year 2025. The quotations may be based on 70 translation devices. The number of devices may vary based on the kind of event, and the cost shall accordingly be changed.
 
3. The Expression of Interests and price quotation may be sent by post or in person to the Embassy of India , 2-2-11 Kudan Minami, Chiyoda-Ku,Tokyo-102-0074, latest by December 31, 2024. For any queries, pl write to mktexecutive.tokyo@mea.gov.in
