Indian Film Festival- Expression of Interest for screening rights and theater rental

The Embassy of India in Tokyo proposes to organize the Indian Film Festival- screening of 10 movies including 7 at VCC’s Auditorium and 3 at Movie theater.

2.In this regard, the Embassy invites Expressions of Interest along with price quotations from the Movies/theater companies in Japan to provide the screening rights and rental of theater services, in March 2026. The quotations may be based on 300 seating capacities of the theater.

3.The Expression of Interests and price quotation may be sent by post or in person to the VCC Reception, Embassy of India , 2-2-11, Chiyoda-Ku,Tokyo-102-0074, by 27 January 2026.
