Request for Support in Outreach to Electrolyser OEMs for participation in BHEL’s EoI for Strategic Partnership/Business Sharing Agreement

BHEL, India’s premier engineering and manufacturing enterprise under the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India, has been a pillar of the nation’s energy and industrial infrastructure for over six decades. With a robust portfolio spanning power sector, transmission, transportation, renewables, and emerging clean energy technologies, BHEL is actively driving the country’s green energy transition.

In line with our strategic vision to foster global partnerships in the clean hydrogen domain, BHEL has issued a Global Expression of Interest (EoI) inviting Electrolyser OEMs for a prospective collaboration under a mutually beneficial business model. This partnership aims to synergize technology leadership, manufacturing excellence, and market reach to accelerate the deployment of green hydrogen solutions in India and beyond.

We would be grateful if your esteemed Embassy could kindly facilitate outreach to relevant OEMs from Japan, encouraging them to participate in this important initiative. The last date for submission of responses is 16th May 2025.
