Semi- Conductor Laboratory (SCL), under Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India is engaged in Design and Manufacture of Semiconductor devices to meet the commercial and strategic need of the country at it’s facility at S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India. SCL is planning for Augmentation and Enhancement of its existing 8-inch Fab and in this regard a RFP has been issued.
